Award procedure Depending on the size of the order, the award procedure enables Elia to choose suppliers based on precise, objective criteria.
European tendering procedure Elia is required to follow this procedure for purchases involving significant amounts of money.
Supplier Code of Conduct Elia is also committed to applying its ethics principles to its suppliers by means of this code.
External system for reporting integrity violations Report situations that violate Code of Ethics and/or the prevailing legislation and regulations.
