Elia Group SA/NV is launching a tender offer for its hybrid securities for cash

Elia Group SA/NV (the “ Offeror ”) is launching today a tender offer on its outstanding €700,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Undated Subordinated Securities (ISIN: BE0002597756) (“ Securities ”) for cash. Concurrently with the tender offer in respect of the Securities, Elia Group SA/NV also intends to issue new Fixed Rate Reset Undated Subordinated Securities for an aggregate amount of up to €500,000,000, subject to market conditions.
