Public Consultation: Channel Splitting Rules in accordance with FCA Article 16

Elia and Channel TSOs are organizing a public consultation (on entso-e website, from 15/3 to 15/4/2019) on the proposal for the methodology for splitting cross-zonal capacity pursuant to Article 16 of FCA Regulation (Channel Splitting Rules).

Following the entry into force of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation (the FCA Regulation), Channel TSOs shall submit a proposal for the methodology for splitting cross-zonal capacity pursuant to FCA Article 16. A public consultation is launched on Entso-e website from 15/3 to 15/4/2019.
